pk0p Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1.1 Scope of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of pk0p ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), including registered account holders and unregistered visitors browsing the site at pk0p.net. The Terms govern access to and use of all products, services, features, promotions, and content available on the Platform, including but not limited to: the online casino, sports betting, cricket betting, virtual sports, slot games, live casino, and any promotional offer.

By accessing the Platform or any part thereof, you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and, if applicable, close your account.

1.2 Amendments to These Terms

pk0p reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, the effective date at the top of this document will be updated. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, you must stop using the Platform and contact support at [email protected] to close your account.

1.3 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being produced for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of discrepancy or dispute.

1.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between pk0p and the Player with respect to the use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The pk0p platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering an account, accessing any game, placing any bet, making any deposit, or using any service on the Platform. This restriction applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any territory other than the jurisdiction specified under these Terms.

pk0p actively enforces this requirement through account verification procedures. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and all deposited funds will be returned net of any winnings generated. Winnings accumulated by an underage player are not eligible for withdrawal under any circumstances.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

By registering on pk0p, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. pk0p accepts no liability for any Player who accesses the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one registered account only. Creating duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If pk0p discovers that a Player holds more than one account, all accounts beyond the first registered account will be closed, and any balances or pending bonuses across all accounts may be voided at pk0p's discretion. Players who suspect they may have accidentally created a duplicate account must contact [email protected] immediately to resolve the matter before any withdrawal is requested.

2.4 Verification of Identity

pk0p reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to: a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification; proof of address; and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register a pk0p account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as prompted during the registration process. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You must not provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or subsequent verification.

pk0p reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee permanent account access, and the Platform retains the right to close any account that subsequently fails verification, violates these Terms, or is found to have been created using false information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pk0p will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify pk0p immediately at [email protected]. pk0p may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of a reported security breach.

3.3 Account Currency

All pk0p accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonuses, and wagers are all expressed in BDT using the ৳ symbol. pk0p does not offer multi-currency accounts. Players depositing via international payment methods (such as Visa or Mastercard) acknowledge that any currency conversion will be handled by their card issuer, and pk0p accepts no liability for conversion rates or associated fees applied by third parties.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if the Player has not logged in and has not placed any real-money wager for a continuous period of 12 months. pk0p reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, deducted monthly from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate an account, simply log in and place a qualifying wager.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk0p accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods are subject to availability and may change from time to time. Players are advised to check the Banking section of the Platform for the most current list of available methods.

You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to a third party — including a family member — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Players are advised to check the current limits displayed in the Banking section of their account dashboard before initiating any transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the Player's account balance within 30 seconds of a successful transaction. Deposits via Rocket and Upay are typically processed within 5 minutes. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing time. pk0p does not charge a fee for deposits; however, the Player's payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the pk0p Finance team before processing. Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay may take up to 48 hours. Card withdrawals may take 3 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank. pk0p reserves the right to request identity verification documents before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount is significant.

4.5 Withdrawal Method Restrictions

Withdrawals must be processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent that the method supports outgoing payments. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. In cases where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, pk0p will request an alternative method registered in the Player's own name.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pk0p are subject to specific terms that will be clearly published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Bonuses are offered at pk0p's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, amended, or discontinued at any time. Players are not entitled to any bonus as a matter of right. Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified, active account in good standing.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Players must satisfy the stated wagering requirement in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds will be approved. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraudulent Activity

pk0p monitors all accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using third-party software to exploit bonus mechanics, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and coordinating with other players to abuse promotional terms. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonus funds and associated winnings voided, and may be permanently excluded from the Platform.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date, which will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds, free spins, and wagering progress that have not been completed by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account without compensation. Players are advised to review the expiry conditions of each bonus before accepting it.

5.5 Seasonal and Event-Based Promotions

pk0p periodically issues special promotions tied to Bangladesh cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day, as well as major cricket events including the BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the offer. Seasonal promotions are not guaranteed to be repeated in subsequent years and are offered entirely at pk0p's discretion.

6.1 Player Obligations

By using pk0p, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and current information at all times, including during registration and any subsequent verification request.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify pk0p immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
• Use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial, business, or third-party purpose.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling.
• Accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager.
• Set responsible gambling limits and make use of the Platform's responsible gaming tools if needed.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pk0p platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical device to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit any game mechanic, software vulnerability, or promotional system.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer table games.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false age or identity information at any stage.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward pk0p staff or other platform users.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

7.1 Suspension by pk0p

pk0p reserves the right to suspend any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects that the account has been involved in a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the Platform, to other players, or to the integrity of the games offered. During a suspension, all deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay will be disabled pending the outcome of the Platform's investigation.

7.2 Closure by pk0p

Following investigation, pk0p may permanently close a Player account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or underage gambling, pk0p reserves the right to withhold the account balance, void pending bonuses, and cancel outstanding withdrawal requests. Funds held in accounts closed for confirmed fraudulent activity will not be returned.

7.3 Voluntary Account Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, pk0p will process any outstanding eligible withdrawal before closing the account. Account closure requests submitted as part of a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming Policy will be processed as a priority. Once an account is permanently closed at the Player's request, re-registration using the same identity details may be subject to pk0p's discretion and additional verification requirements.

8.1 Commitment to Player Welfare

pk0p is committed to ensuring that gambling on the Platform remains an entertaining and controlled activity. We provide a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from the Player's account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to maintain healthy gambling habits.

8.2 Deposit and Spending Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time via the account dashboard. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to reduce an existing limit take effect without delay. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period before the increase is applied. This asymmetric policy is designed to protect Players from impulsive decisions during active play sessions.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Any Player who believes that their gambling has become problematic may request a self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion suspends access to the Player's account for a minimum period of six months. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will not receive any marketing communications from pk0p. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period has elapsed. 8.4 Protection of Minors

pk0p strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 18. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. If pk0p discovers or is notified that an underage person has registered an account, the account will be closed immediately in accordance with Section 2.1 of these Terms.
